We request that out of hours call outs are only used in genuine emergencies, as the attendance of a contractor out of hours will incur a cost which will result in an increase in the service charge.
Please be aware that the charge for call outs to deal with an emergency or fault within an individual apartment will need to be paid for by the apartment owner. Your Lease will have defined the elements of your apartment that are the individual apartment owner’s responsibility to maintain.
For tenants renting an apartment please notify your landlord and consult any emergency contacts they have provided.
